Online Scheduling Policies

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificate cards purchased online are held at the spa under the name of the recipient. This prevents potential lost or stolen cards. Otherwise, they are not replaceable. Gift Cards are redeemable only in services or products and they are non refundable. When purchasing a package of services, they may be redeemed on separate visits. Sales tax may be due at time of redemption.

Gift Certificate postage and handling fee: $5.00

Product Return Policy:

Products may be returned within a two week time period and they must be at least 2/3 full. Receipt must be presented at time of return. Products can be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit only.

Online Scheduling Policy:

Online scheduling requires a 50% deposit on the service scheduled. Please be prepared to provide your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. In the event of a cancellation of an online scheduled appointment, the deposit may be used within the next 30 days toward another appointment if cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment. If the cancellation occurs within the 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
